Software providers we use to deliver our services, including Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, QuickFile, and Sage
Payment processors, for direct debit collection
Our website and CRM platform (GoHighLevel), for managing client communications and bookings
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Any third party we share data with is required to handle it securely and in line with UK GDPR.
6. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain financial and tax-related records for as long as required by HMRC — currently a minimum of 6 years from the end of the relevant tax year for most business records (please confirm current HMRC retention requirements, as these can change). Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, after which it is securely deleted.
